Most alliance meets will start at 8:30am for all sub-midgets and older 3000-meter runners and hurdlers. Everyone else starts at 9:00am with the following events as an example of order 400-meter dash, 4x100 meter relay, 1500-meter run (sub bantam and above), 200-meter dash, 800 meter run , 100-meter finals, 4x400 meter relay. Field events will also start at 9:00am and the order will vary. Events contested will be long jump, softball throw (primary, sub-bantam, and bantams not doing shot put), shot put (sub-midgets and up plus those primary, sub-bantam and bantams not doing softball throw), high jump (sub-bantam and up), discus (sub-midget and up, but not at every meet). The hosting Club determines which events are run and in what order. We will try and get a final list of events several days before the meet and communicate that information to the coaches. All athletes may compete in ANY and ONLY three events at each meet, with the exception of Youth and Intermediate who can participate in four events. Parent volunteers are needed to run field events, ribbon writing, timers, concession stand, staging area, keeping the children safe and having fun. This year the various clubs will be split between 2 locations to speed up the meets.

NO SPIKES ALLOWED AT MEETS!
